🟡 Gold Booking – Terms & Conditions (Gold Rate Lock Scheme)
Scheme Applicability
Customer has booked gold jewellery or gold bar under the Gold Rate Lock Scheme, subject to all terms mentioned herein.
Instalment Plan Selection
Customer has selected a 3 / 6 / 12 monthly instalment plan at the time of booking, which cannot be changed later.
Gold Rate Lock
The gold rate is fixed and locked on the booking date for the selected jewellery or gold bar.
Payment Terms
The customer agrees to pay the down payment and remaining instalments (EMIs) as per the selected scheme.
Making Charges
Making charges are included in the booking amount.
Delay in Instalments
Delayed EMIs will attract overdue charges at 24% per annum, calculated daily until payment is made.
GST on Overdue Charges
Applicable GST will be charged on overdue charges at the time of invoicing.
Product Finalization
Once selected, jewellery design or gold bar cannot be changed.
Final Invoice
The final invoice will be generated at the time of delivery.
Nature of Transaction
All payments are advance payments and do not constitute a sale until delivery.
GST Applicability
GST will be charged as per the prevailing rate at booking. Any changes at invoicing shall be borne by the customer.
Delivery Condition
Delivery will be made only after full payment is completed.
Ownership Clause
Till delivery, the ownership remains with the company.
Cancellation – Price Increase
Any increase in gold price will not be payable to the customer on cancellation.
Cancellation – Missed Instalments
If three instalments are missed, booking will be cancelled and refund will be made after deducting making charges.
Cancellation – Price Adjustment
Any decrease in gold price will be adjusted; no appreciation benefit will be given.
No Pre-Delivery Benefits
No waiver, discount, or relaxation is allowed before delivery.
Non-Transferability
Rate lock benefit is non-transferable.
Customer Acceptance
Customer confirms acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.
Acknowledgment Slip Requirement
Customer must submit acknowledgment slip at branch/office to collect jewellery/gold bar.
Duplicate Slip Condition
If slip is not available, a notarized self-declaration affidavit must be provided.
Online Booking Confirmation
In case of online booking, the customer confirms that by submitting the “Book Your Gold Bar” form and accepting the Terms & Conditions therein, they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions available on the website. Booking confirmation and customer consent shall be validated through WhatsApp communication, which shall be treated as official confirmation.
Delivery Confirmation (Courier)
In case of courier delivery, the customer agrees that delivery details, confirmation, and acceptance shall be validated via WhatsApp communication, which shall be treated as final and binding proof of delivery.
Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malerkotla courts only.
Right to Modify
The company reserves the right to modify terms & conditions without prior notice.
Final Authority
In case of dispute, the company’s decision will be final.
Communication Consent
By booking, customer consents to receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS messages, and letters for reminders, updates, and promotions.
Data Usage & Authorization
Customer authorizes the company to share details with third parties and for legal purposes, and to use name, details, and photo for promotional activities and in case of default, as per applicable laws.
🔒 Customer Declaration
I confirm that I have understood all terms & conditions, explained by the branch officer, and I agree to abide by them. I will submit the acknowledgment slip at the HSIS branch/office at the time of delivery.
